HydraRelease™

This process is a low-surface energy variant of the original Photosil™ process. The HydraRelease™ process produces silicon-enriched surfaces with excellent permanent release properties. Such surfaces are suitable for release of pressure sensitive adhesives and tacky industrial materials, for example, stickers or labels from a backing film. The HydraRelease™ surface is unique since it achieves excellent release properties without the presence of volatile or contaminating silicone materials.
